A product can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original retail packaging. Previously installed products do not qualify for the return policy. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. All refund will take up to 10 business days to complete after return package received.

Warranty:
Volar Motorsport Chain:
Volar O-Ring Chains are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the original date of purchase or 10,000 miles (whichever occurs first). The warranty period begins on the date shown on the sales invoice or receipt.
Volar Professional Non-Oring Chains are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase, no mileage warranty applies. The warranty period begins on the date shown on the sales invoice or receipt.
This warranty is void for any use other than those applications recommended by Volar Motorsport. Any misused, improper installation, incorrect alignment, poor maintenance will also void the warranty. Please check with your owner’s manual for manufacturer’s original equipment specification. This warranty does not cover the use of Volar Chains in competitive events, on motorcycles that have been modified or damage due to any alteration of a motorcycle.
All warranty claims must be made to the original dealer where the chain was purchased, and purchaser must return the Volar chain and proof of purchase to the original dealer in order for the warranty to apply. The dealer will file claims with the Volar Motorsport, Inc to process the warranty exchange.
LED Integrated Tail Lights and LED Turn Signals:
- LED Integrated Tail Lights are accompanied by a 6 months limited warranty.
- LED Turn Signals are accompanied by 90 days limited warranty.
- If the product becomes inoperable within its respective warranty period, we will replace the product after inspection.
*** The limited warranty will be voided if the product is abused or misused in any way.
